This is a very nice Park Quiet even as close as it is to the freeway it was quiet I would stay there no problem rates were reasonable residents were very very nice to us highly recommended
A very very basic site with only one unisex toilet and shower. Mostly static mobile homes in a car park.
Mostly full timers (with vehicles parked strategically everywhere) and the spaces are tight! Near hwy 99 and the train tracks so if you're a light sleeper it's probably not a good choice for you. Great for small RVs or Class Cs. 38' fifth wheel; not so much and once you're in you are pretty much committed.
