I live here! Peaceful and I love it!
This was the strangest "RV Park" I had ever stayed in. We needed to use the shower house and it was literally blocks away. And then when we got there, very disappointing, not up to date at all. Not all the showers were even usable. Then there was the bar/restaurant on property that was having what sounded like a heavy metal concert on the premises. Didn't give you much of a secure feeling. Also don't know if I have seen campers crammed together to this extent. in the one section, there was literally a few feet between them. To let you know how I felt about it, I came across a $40 a night full hookup campsite that I felt much more comfortable in so I didn't even stay at Riverland a second night that I had already paid for. I do not know who was writing any positive reviews.

They have cleaned up some of the park since we were here three years ago, but the dumpsters are a total health hazard!! FLIES are so bad because of overflow of garbage or opened bags sitting on the ground. Makes me want to pack up and leave... we sit three RV spaces from all the stench and flies!
Love coming here. Always a good time with family. And if you don't like swimming in the river they have a pool and hot tub. Right next door is a restaurant/bar. On the other side of the highway is an amazing little burger joint.
