We just moved back to this area and I tried this place out...big mistake :( The grooming was done well but they did not clean my dogs ears or trim her nails! I was told all that was included in the grooming package I purchased. While we were picking our dog up another dog was left on a grooming table unsecured and the dog fell off and crashed to the floor! She just picked him/her up and put it back on the table as if nothing had happened. We will never return to this place but be aware of this if you plan on taking your furry family member. Everyone has different experiences and different opinions, but in our personal experience we will NOT be returning. Sorry! my pets are like my family and they deserve much better.
I love Doolittles there is no other place I would go for my lil guys. Friendly, reasonable. I wouldn't trust anyone with my babies and they do a great job of handling the pets. You rock
