Called at 5pm didn't see a plumber until 10:30 at night. Called multiple times during those 5 hours and was told they would have the technician call me back with an eta... Never got a call back.... When technician showed up, right away said he can't do anything for me until the next day!! What's the point of coming out if you can't fix my problem??? Decided to go with a private owned plumber for half the price Roto Rooter was going to charge.
Thank you Roto-Rooter. Thank you Robert. Came in 1hr after I called. Handled what needed to get done and very professional. Was expecting a Hot Wheels but instead a Doc McStuffins toy (inside the toilet) to check animals ears and light for the eyes. Excellent service.
Horrible service do not recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible experience. Was quoted a price upfront which then changed by thousands of dollars but wasn't even discussed with me. The service tech removed my toilet, got "crap" all over my walls and didn't even put the toilet back correctly causing it to leak. The "camera" guy was very rude. They left without fixing any of the issues. I even had to jump the guys van because his battery died and was still treated like crap. Very poor customer service. Will never ever use them again.
