Long lines slow service expect at least a twenty minute trip unless your using the atm
They are beyond slow at this branch.
Bank of America, Kingsburg, has some one or two long term employees. Everyone else seems to be just passing through, and just there for training. It's especially irritating to see over a half dozen employees walking around looking like they're doing something, but not dealing with customers, and a long line waiting to get to a teller who is the only one taking care of customers. They never have more than two tellers operating at the same time, and lines can be quite long. They often have a greeter standing out by the door, making small talk, when, in fact, it would be really nice if they would get behind the counter and actually help someone.
The bank had just closed and one of the employees was adding cash to the ATM. Once he was done. I tried to pull cash out and the ATM wouldn't work. When I knocked on the window and asked if I could pull cash out of the ATM the guy told me no that we couldn't get cash tonight. This is very inconvenient considering they charge me to use a non Bank of America ATM.
The lines are long at every Bank of America. They need to get more tellers at work. I've only ever seen 2 tellers at a time no matter how many people are waiting.
